The Opportunity

Stellar Home Maintenance is seeking licensed landscape irrigator to maintain and repair sprinkler systems for residential properties.

Jobs will consist of troubleshooting systems, leaks, broken pipes, broken sprinkler heads, system re-routing, irrigation control box replacement, locate and replace valves, general irrigation system check, backflow device installation or repair, etc.

We pay NET7 terms, no selling required! We bring the work to you via our network of single-family rental homes and property managers.

Requirements:

• Must be Licensed Irrigator
• Able to provide truck and tools
• Pass Background Check
• Valid Drivers License & Auto Insurance
• 3+ years irrigation experiencepreferred

Company:

• No referral or lead fees associated with taking our work.
• This is a 1099 contractor position.
• We leverage our own app for assigning and completing work orders

The Pay:

• The labor payout for each work order is dependent on the scope of work.
• Stellar collects a nominal marketplace fee for each completed work order.
• Pay is by direct deposit on a NET7 or NET30 basis.
