In this client-facing sales and advisory role, you will act as a key expert in specialized lending solutions, helping financial advisors integrate investment-backed loans into their client strategies. You will be responsible for developing and expanding relationships across a defined territory, supporting advisors in growing their business through tailored credit solutions. This role combines high-volume outreach, consultative selling, and strategic account development in a fast-paced financial services environment. You will play a central role in promoting lending products, driving adoption, and enabling business growth through structured sales planning and targeted engagement. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will help shape regional performance while ensuring strong compliance and operational standards. - Develop, manage, and expand relationships with financial advisors across assigned territories to promote specialized lending solutions
- Conduct high-volume outbound engagement with advisors to present lending strategies and support deal closure
- Organize and lead meetings, presentations, and training sessions to increase product adoption and advisor capability
- Support advisors in structuring and submitting loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the process
- Analyze sales data, territory performance, and pipeline reports to monitor progress and achieve sales targets
- Design and execute territory business plans, including campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives to drive growth
- Collaborate with internal teams and regional leaders to align strategies and improve overall sales effectiveness
- Maintain strong compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in banking, financial services, or insurance
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition roles
- Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a consultative and persuasive approach
- Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics to inform decision-making
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital platforms such as Salesforce is an asset
- Strong organizational skills with experience in territory or account management
- Bilingualism (French and English) is highly preferred; additional languages are an asset
