PROJECT ENGINEER
Reports To: Project Manager

Role Summary
Manages technical documentation and coordination to protect project schedule and margins. Helps PM’s and estimators with field measurements and takeoffs.

Core Responsibilities
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and as-builts
• Track drawing revisions
• Coordinate with vendors and engineers
• Address field issues as first line of defense
• Support estimators & PM’s with take-offs for estimates.
• Job site photos & documentation support
• Support closeout documentation & handover

Pay Band
• Negotiable (Salary / Exempt)

Performance Expectations (Measurable)
• Timeliness: 100% submittals on time
• Responsiveness: RFI & Submittal turnaround ≤ 3 business days
• Accuracy: Zero documentation-driven rework
