The Senior Accountant is responsible for overseeing key accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting compliance with nonprofit and healthcare regulatory requirements. This role plays a critical part in the monthly close process, audit support, and financial analysis, while partnering with operational leaders across the organization.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business field with concentration in Accounting/Finance required.
- CPA preferred
- Five+ years of accounting experience required
- Nonprofit, healthcare or senior living experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit accounting
- Experience with ERP Systems (e.g. MatrixCare, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Knowledge of Adobe preferred
