STARTING WAGE OF $20.00 PER HOUR BASED ON EXPERIENCE + COMMISSION!

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct face-to-face sales presentations to prospective customers in assigned neighborhoods
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate mosquito control solutions
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers through professional communication
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and activities using CRM tools
  • Participate in outbound calling, warm calling, and local outreach when needed
  • Negotiate effectively, close sales, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
  • Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively in the field
  • Consistently work toward and achieve sales performance goals
Requirements:
  • Outside sales experience preferred but not required - strong motivation and people skills matter most
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities
  • Comfortable speaking with customers both in person and by phone
  • Ability to clearly explain product value and benefits
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently
  • Valid driver’s license preferred for territory travel
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and walk extended distances
