**Start Date:** January 5, 2026
**Contract Length:** 13 weeks (ends April 6, 2026)
**Shift:** 3 × 12-hour Nights (19:00 – 07:00)
**Pay Rate:** $72/hr base | $80/hr OT, Call-Back, Holiday
**Weekly Gross (36 hrs):** ~$2,592 + full tax-free stipends
**Position:** 1 opening

Live and work in the Florida Keys this winter/spring – turquoise water, daily sunsets, and no state income tax. Lower Keys Medical Center is the only full-service acute care hospital in the Keys and needs a strong night-shift ICU nurse to join the team.

**Unit & Role Highlights**
- Small, high-acuity 10-bed ICU (medical/surgical/cardiac)
- Common diagnoses: sepsis, respiratory failure, post-op, cardiac events, stroke
- Float to ED or Med-Surg as needed
- EMR: Meditech
- Scrubs: any color

**Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years recent adult ICU experience
- Active Florida or Compact RN license at submission
- BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale (all AHA)
- Current AHCA clearinghouse background packet (mandatory for all Florida contracts)
- Housing must be secured within 50 miles of facility and address provided before offer is extended

**Scheduling**
- Every-other-weekend required
- Holiday coverage expected (MLK, Presidents’ Day)
- No on-call
- No interview – compliant submissions are presented immediately
