Registered Dental Hygienist at LC Services 1, LLC – Florence, South Carolina

As a Dental Hygienist at Advanced Dental Center, you will serve as a key provider of preventive care and a trusted educator for our patients. You will partner closely with our doctors and team to identify periodontal and restorative needs early, support accurate diagnosis, and contribute to comprehensive treatment planning.

• Deliver high-quality preventive and periodontal care, including prophylaxis, SRP, and periodontal maintenance
  
• Educate and motivate patients on oral hygiene, home care, and long-term oral health
  
• Perform thorough assessments, including charting, periodontal evaluations, and radiographs
  
• Identify and document potential restorative and periodontal concerns for doctor evaluation
  
• Build meaningful relationships with patients to increase trust, case acceptance, and retention
  
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  
• Collaborate with a supportive, team-driven clinical staff
  

• Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene from an ADA-accredited program
  
• Active South Carolina Dental Hygienist License (required)
  
• Current CPR certification
  
• 1+ year of clinical hygiene experience preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical skills are welcome
  
• Local anesthesia certification and/or sedation experience is a plus
  
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
  

• Monday & Tuesday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
  
• Wednesday & Thursday: 7:45 AM – 7:00 PM
  
• Friday: 7:45 AM – 2:00 PM
  No weekends
