Case Manager I at Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries – Coatesville, Pennsylvania

General Responsibilities:

Education/Training: A Bachelors degree in social service or a related field of study normally required.

Experience: A minimum of one (1) year’s experience in a related child welfare or human service position normally required.

ADA: Ability to sit, stand, lift, bend, reach, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs.; visual and auditory skills.
