Build and maintain a strong lead pipeline through CRM management and follow-up
Develop referral relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, physicians, and local organizations

Track and report sales activity, goals, and occupancy trends
Collaborate with Executive Director and clinical team to ensure smooth move-ins
Maintain a strong presence in the local market through outreach and networking
Qualifications
2+ years of sales experience (senior living, healthcare, or related field preferred)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
Highly organized with strong follow-up habits
Experience with CRM systems preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
What We’re Looking For
