Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic Cook who is comfortable with all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, line cooking, and station setup. This role is essential to maintaining efficiency in the kitchen and ensuring an excellent dining experience for our guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare food for service in accordance with recipes and standards
Ensure compliance with all sanitation, health, and personal hygiene standards
Follow established food production programs and kitchen procedures
Properly use equipment and supplies to minimize waste and loss
Maintain a strong passion for food and culinary excellence
Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Accurately follow recipes and execute orders from tickets
Demonstrate knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
Maintain speed and accuracy in all tasks
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of restaurant cooking experience
Strong verbal communication and organizational skills
Proficient knife skills
Flexible schedule based on business needs
Reliable transportation
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
