We are currently hiring an Associate Director, BIM & Digital Delivery to support our team out of Nashville, TN. The Associate Director, BIM & Digital Delivery leads BIM strategy and execution on a large, complex capital program, managing federated models across multiple designers and contractors to ensure high-quality BIM deliverables, including QA/QC, coordination, clash resolution, and alignment with schedule (4D) and cost (5D). The Associate Director, BIM & Digital Delivery overseas the BIM lifecycle through LOD 400, supports RFI and issue workflows within platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud and Aconex, and drives owner-side BIM standards and digital delivery best practices.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Lead BIM strategy and federated model management across the program.
Develop and enhance BIM standards, SOPs, and digital delivery frameworks.
Establish and enforce BIM standards, LOD requirements, and QA/QC processes.
Oversee clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination workflows.
Integrate BIM with schedule (4D) and cost (5D) for program controls.
Support RFI, issue tracking, and coordination workflows within PMIS platforms.
Ensure alignment of BIM models with construction sequencing and field execution.
Lead coordination meetings with designers, contractors, and stakeholders.
Oversee BIM lifecycle through LOD 400 and ensure model maturity.
Enable digital twin readiness through structured BIM and asset data (e.g., COBie).
Provide technical leadership, training, and tool implementation support.
Required Knowledge & Skills
Strong expertise in BIM lifecycle, LOD standards, and federated model management.
Experience with multidisciplinary coordination, clash detection, and QA/QC.
Proficiency in tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Navisworks, Revit, and Synchro.
Familiarity with PMIS platforms (e.g., Aconex, Procore) and digital workflows.
Knowledge of 4D/5D integration, construction sequencing, and field coordination.
Experience with AI applications for model review, QA/QC, and construction analytics.
Understanding of data integration, APIs, and digital project workflows across BIM, cost, and schedule systems.
Experience with reality capture (laser scanning, drones, 360°) for progress tracking and model validation.
Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) and asset data standards (e.g., COBie).
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Education & Experience
10+ years of experience in BIM/VDC or digital construction on large-scale programs.
Experience leading BIM teams across multiple designers, contractors, and stakeholders.
Proven track record delivering federated BIM coordination on complex projects.
Experience developing BIM standards, BEPs, and digital delivery frameworks.
Hands-on experience with BIM and PMIS tools (ACC, Revit, Navisworks, Synchro, Aconex, LiDAR).
Experience with 4D/5D integration and reality capture workflows.
Experience on large-scale programs ($1B+) preferred.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Autodesk, PMP, LEED) are a plus.

The salary range for this full-time role is $115,700.00-$161,966.69 per year. Ranges are determined based on the position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range reflects base salary only, and not the total compensation package.
