IHRE AUFGABEN
- Unterstützung des globalen und divisionsübergreifenden Headcount Actual & Outlook Prozesses
- Zuarbeit im Rahmen der jährlichen globalen und divisionsübergreifenden Headcount-Budgetplanung
- Ausführung von HR Analytics Standard Reporting Anforderungen
- Erstellen von Ad-Hoc Auswertungen
- Unterstützung des globalen Personalanforderungsprozesses
- Unterstützung bei globalen Personalstammdaten Qualitätsprüfungen
- Interaktion & Kommunikation mit HR Analytics Stakeholdern (z.B. Finance, Business) wenn erforderlich
- Übernahme von Teilaufgaben innerhalb von HR Analytics Sonderprojekten
IHR PROFIL
- Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbar
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute Microsoft-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
- Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und und eine zuverlässige, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
