This role sits at the center of revenue operations, ensuring that Sales, Client Success, and Marketing teams operate with efficiency, consistency, and data-driven clarity. You will act as the hands-on owner of CRM systems, workflows, and reporting structures, transforming complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys building and optimizing systems, improving processes, and enabling teams through strong operational discipline. You will work closely with revenue leadership to align tools, data, and processes across the full customer lifecycle. Operating in a fast-growing SaaS environment, you will play a key role in scaling systems that support organizational growth. This is a highly collaborative and impact-driven role where precision, ownership, and continuous improvement are essential.

Accountabilities

You will be responsible for optimizing revenue operations systems and processes, ensuring CRM integrity, and enabling data-driven decision-making across go-to-market teams.

  • Own and administer the CRM platform (HubSpot), managing workflows, automation, pipelines, objects, and integrations to support Sales, Client Success, and Marketing operations.
  • Design, maintain, and optimize reporting dashboards covering pipeline health, forecasting, customer success metrics, and marketing performance.
  • Evaluate and implement CRM enhancements, including AI-driven features, to improve efficiency, automation, and data quality across systems.
  • Ensure high-quality data governance through cleaning, segmentation, deduplication, and lifecycle stage management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve revenue processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable CRM-driven solutions.
  • Support forecasting, pipeline reviews, territory planning, and operational analysis to improve revenue visibility and decision-making.
  • Manage integrations between CRM and external systems (e.g., analytics platforms, ERP, customer support tools such as Zendesk and workflow tools like Wrike).
  • Lead user enablement by delivering training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure CRM adoption and best practices across teams.
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong CRM expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable operational systems.

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in CRM administration, ideally within a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Strong expertise in HubSpot CRM (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub), including workflow automation, reporting, and system configuration.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models supporting revenue operations.
  • Experience with data cleaning, segmentation, and management of large and complex datasets.
  • Strong understanding of revenue operations processes, including sales pipelines, forecasting, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with API integrations, system connectivity, and cross-platform data flows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented and structured mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience supporting cross-functional teams and enabling system adoption.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range of $90,000–$120,000 CAD annually, depending on experience
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • 4 weeks of paid vacation plus additional wellness and mental health days
  • Flexible remote or hybrid work options (Canada-based flexibility)
  • Strong focus on professional development and continuous learning opportunities
  • Supportive, people-first culture emphasizing collaboration and growth
  • Health and wellness perks designed to support work-life balance
  • Opportunity to shape and scale revenue operations in a growing SaaS organization
