Advanced Comfort Solutions, Inc. is a full-service HVAC/R contractor in both the residential and commercial industries in the Cheyenne, Laramie, Wyoming and Northern Colorado area. We are locally owned/operated and have been in business for over 20 years.

We are seeking a skilled Estimation & Installation Technician - HVAC to join our team. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with excellent customer communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional workmanship. This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects are accurately scoped, competiviely priced and installed to the highest industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site assessments of HVAC systems.
• Prepare accurate, detailed cost estimates and proposals.
• Execute small scale HVAC projects such as minor repairs and installs.
• Ensure all work is completed to meet safety and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clean driving record for the past 5 years.
• Must be able to pass a background and drug screen.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC.
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer/tablet skills.
