The Role

We're seeking a Junior Business Systems Analyst / Programmer to join our IT team and support the development of our internal business systems. This is a unique opportunity to work across multiple facets of technology - from ERP administration to custom application development - while learning from an experienced senior developer.

You'll split your time between supporting our Dynamics GP ERP system (company configurations, troubleshooting, user support) and assisting with the development of our internal intranet platform that integrates data from across the organization. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, likes solving business problems with technology, and wants to build a strong foundation in enterprise systems.

What You'll Do

Configure and maintain Dynamics GP including setting up new companies, managing user access, and troubleshooting issues

Assist the Senior Developer with building and maintaining our internal intranet platform using Blazor, C#, and .NET

Create dashboards and reporting tools that integrate data from ERP, AP, HR, sales, and other systems

Work on weekly development tasks that support larger projects and platform improvements

Troubleshoot technical issues across our business systems

Collaborate with different departments to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions

Document processes and solutions as you learn

What We're Looking For

Has some coding or scripting experience (even self-taught or hobby projects - Python, JavaScript, MS SQL, Excel VBA, C#, or similar)

• Enjoys figuring out how things work and isn't afraid to dig into unfamiliar systems

• Can work independently but knows when to ask for help
• Has strong analytical and logical thinking skills
• Communicates clearly and can explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Is comfortable learning new technologies with AI assistance and mentorship

Nice to Have (But We Can Teach You)

• Understanding of business processes (accounting, HR, operations)
• Experience with ERP systems or business software
• Web development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Work Environment
