SCHEDULE:

• 40 hours per week
• Monday through Friday with some required Saturdays
• 1 year contract with a high chance for resigning yearly

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Previous dental experience is an asset
• 1 year of experience in administration is required
• Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate is an asset
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Open Dental or Tracker is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
• While this position is based in Scarborough, the successful candidate must also be willing to work at our other offices in North York and Newmarket as required by management
