-Competitive Pay – We are paying $14 - $17 an hour (depending on your experience) Plus Tips - Average $2-$4 extra per hour in tips which can put your pay rate up in the $17-$20 an hour range.
-TIPS! – Everyone receives $2 - $4 an hour in tips (depending on how busy we are and how well we take care of our guests). Add the minimum amount to your starting wage and you have a very strong pay rate of roughly $19 – $21 an hour!
