Make a difference where your clinical skills and people skills matter.

Were looking for a compassionate and organized Employee Health Nurse to support our clinic operations and help keep our team healthy and compliant. This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys a mix of direct care, coordination, and partnership with unit nurses and medical practitioners.

What Youll Do

  • Coordinate all aspects of the employee health program, including new-hire physicals, health screenings, and ongoing compliance (PPD testing, annual flu program, and other required health initiatives).
  • Perform employee physicals, review health histories, and ensure all requirements meet accrediting body, infection control, and client guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee health records.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for unit referrals, helping triage clinic needs and supporting smooth communication between units and practitioners.
  • Provide nursing care in the clinic, including assessments, medication administration, and assisting with medical procedures.
  • Support follow-up on external consults to ensure continuity of care.
  • Model strong psychiatric rehabilitation principles (role recovery philosophy) and uphold nursing standards, policies, and accreditation requirements.

What Were Looking For

Education:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program (required)

Experience:

  • At least two (2) years of current nursing experience in a medical or psychiatric setting (required).

Licenses/Certifications: Licensure

  • Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment or a valid multistate compact license (required).
  • Ability to complete any employer- or client-required trainings and certifications (required)

Why Join Us

Youll join a team that values professionalism, compassion, and teamwork. Here, nurses are trusted partners in shaping a safe and supportive environment for both employees and the individuals we serve. Youll have the opportunity to work autonomously while collaborating closely with practitioners and unit leaders, all within a role that truly impacts the health and well-being of our workforce. If you want a position where your clinical expertise is respected and your voice makes a difference, this is the place to grow.
