About This Position

Summary/Objective: LDF Holdings is a portfolio management company working in the online lending industry. We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Lending Analytics and Portfolio Strategist to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in analyzing lending data to inform portfolio strategy, optimize loan performance, and strengthen risk management and retention efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen understanding of lending products, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that support portfolio growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Analysis:
•Develop and maintain metrics and KPIs to measure the success of lending initiatives and marketing campaigns.
•Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to loan performance, customer behavior, and market dynamics.
•Develop predictive models to forecast loan demand, assess credit risk, and identify potential churn risks.
•Lead provider data to confirm customer verification.

Marketing Strategy Development:
•Translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and loan portfolio growth.
•Develop marketing communications and optimize landing pages, email campaigns, and other digital marketing channels for lending products.
•Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven adjustments.
•Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

Reporting and Visualization:
•Create dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to communicate key insights and campaign performance to stakeholders.
•Present findings and create solutions and recommendations to management and other relevant teams, clearly articulating the implications for business decisions.

Collaboration:
•Work closely with loan officers, credit analysts, and other internal teams to understand their data needs and support their objectives.

Lending Portfolio Expansion & Financial Management:
•Assist the Director of Operations and Executive Management in evaluating and researching new lending portfolios, contributing to plans for portfolio expansion.
•Support the audits of lending files to ensure compliance with consumer lending policies and quality standards.
•Collaborate with the Financial Executive team on monthly financials to drive revenue growth, productivity improvements, and bottom-line profitability.

Risk Management & Regulatory Compliance:
•Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring that tribal and federal regulations are implemented across all platforms and operational areas.
•Ensure that marketing materials and campaigns align with industry regulations, company objectives, and legal standards.

Software & Technology Management:
•Assist in managing and optimizing lending management software to improve operational efficiency and support portfolio performance, ensuring compliance standards are met.

Supervisory Responsibility: This role oversees all managing aspects of operational duties, team management and policy/process implementation as it relates to the portfolio.

While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk and hear. This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand, as necessary.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are primarily Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as role duties demand.

Travel: Little to no travel is expected for this role.

Required Education and Experience:
•Associated Degree in Business Administration or another related field.
•2 years of experience in management or supervision of personnel role.
•Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit risk management, loan portfolio management, or a related role.
•Strong understanding of installment loan products and lending regulations.
•Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and financial reports.
•2 + years of experience with Lending Management software.
•A combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of the formal education requirements.

Preferred Education and Experience:
•Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or another related field.
•2 yrs. experience in operational budget management or oversight.
•2 years of experience in Tribal Lending Industry or other related financial industry.
•5 years of experience in credit risk management, loan portfolio management, or a related role.
