Key Responsibilities:
Billing & Invoice Processing
Generate and process invoices accurately and on time.
Review billing data for completeness and accuracy before submission.
Ensure proper application of pricing, discounts, and taxes.
Reconciliation & Reporting
Assist in reconciling billing discrepancies and identifying errors.
Maintain and update billing records in the system.
Support the preparation of billing reports and statements.
Customer & Internal Support
Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and billing issues.
Work closely with internal departments, such as finance and sales, to resolve billing discrepancies.
Provide documentation and support for audits as needed.
Process & Compliance
Ensure compliance with company billing policies and financial regulations.
Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements.
Follow standard operating procedures for billing activities.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related field (entry-level candidates welcome).
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of ERP systems, billing software, and MS Excel.
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer service orientation.
Other: Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with high-volume billing processes.
Familiarity with accounting principles and financial regulations.
Exposure to automated billing systems and digital invoicing platforms.
