Right at Home Milwaukee County is looking for experienced caregivers who are dependable, kind, and ready to make a difference one-on-one with clients.

Pay range: $16-20/hr

What We're Looking For:

• Personal or professional caregiving experience
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle
• Willing to commute within Milwaukee County
• Must be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care services to seniors, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Engage with seniors in conversation, hobbies, and other social activities
• Assist with mobility and transfer needs
• Assist with nighttime routines such as preparing for bed, personal care, and providing occasional incontinence care
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in the client's condition
• Maintain a calm environment to make sure clients get the restful sleep they need
• Respond to any client needs or emergencies that may occur

All our clients have different needs and specific care plans. We will not match you with a client who requires care beyond your comfort level and knowledge.
