Art Director at Austin Cryo Ventures LLC – Austin, Texas

Restore Hyper Wellness seeks a creative and innovative Art Director to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with the Creative Director to develop and execute visually compelling designs that elevate our brand across all digital and print platforms. As an Art Director, you will lead the creation of high-impact visuals that support our marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and client experiences.

• Collaborate with the Creative Director to conceptualize and produce creative assets for digital, print, and experiential campaigns, including but not limited to social media, email, in-store signage, and event materials.

• Maintain brand consistency across all designs while exploring new ways to elevate the brand aesthetic.

• Lead the design and execution of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.

• Design for various channels, including paid and organic social media, website, emails, print, and more.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to deliver high-quality design solutions.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve the quality of work.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.

• Assist in refining and evolving Restore's visual brand identity.

• Ensure all design work is optimized for user experience, customer engagement, and brand retention and growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of professional experience in visual design, preferably in the wellness or health industries.

• Must have a strong portfolio that showcases creativity and highlights digital design expertise (social media, email, videos, and more).

• Proficient in Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects) and other relevant design tools. Must be able to storyboard and create original video content.

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

• Proven track record of leading design projects from concept to completion.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design choices.

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creative problem-solving.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Proficient in designing paid media ads for Meta, TikTok and Pinterest.

• Experience with UI/UX design is a plus.
