Senior Product Operations Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to build and shape product operations from the ground up, driving clarity, efficiency, and impact across the Product Management organization. You will design workflows, implement systems, and leverage tooling to reduce operational overhead, streamline processes, and ensure alignment between Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams. Your work will help translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives while providing visibility into progress, dependencies, and outcomes. This position thrives on problem-solving, process design, and creating repeatable structures that enable teams to execute at scale. Ideal candidates enjoy combining data-driven insights, automation, and collaboration to make high-impact contributions in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Accountabilities:

As Senior Product Operations Manager, you will:

  • Own and optimize the product management tooling stack, including Linear, GitHub, and Notion, creating automations and integrations to improve efficiency and transparency.
  • Apply AI and other tools to streamline workflows, reduce repetitive work, and enhance reporting and decision-making processes.
  • Translate high-level company priorities into structured projects with defined scope, owners, milestones, and success criteria.
  • Partner with PM and engineering leads to coordinate cross-functional execution, surface conflicts early, and maintain alignment across teams.
  • Maintain single sources of truth and self-serve dashboards to provide stakeholders with real-time visibility into project progress and outcomes.
  • Develop repeatable processes for initiative intake, decomposition, and launch readiness across new products, major updates, and feature deprecations.
  • Support coordination with Legal, Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Support to ensure smooth pre-launch and post-launch operations.
Requirements:

Candidates should have:

  • 3–5 years of experience in product operations, technical program management, or a related operational role, preferably at a SaaS company; startup experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert strategic priorities into actionable projects and structured workflows across teams.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Linear, GitHub, and Notion, including building automations or integrations via no-code tools, webhooks, or scripting.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience defining metrics, tracking progress, and communicating results clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, producing documentation and updates that are clear, concise, and actionable.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail, able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset, energized by enabling others’ effectiveness and fostering a culture of operational excellence.
Benefits:
  • Competitive US-based salary: $128,500 – $183,000 USD (premium markets: $140,000 – $203,000 USD).
  • Flexible remote work environment across the United States.
  • Equity ownership through company stock options.
  • Employer contributions toward healthcare.
  • Flexible paid time off and generous holiday entitlement.
  • $500 home office setup for remote employees.
  • Opportunities to attend global company gatherings and offsites.
  • Career growth in a fast-growing, innovative environment where you help shape company culture and operations.
