This role is a hands-on, high-impact opportunity to shape and support global payroll operations across multiple countries. You will ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and smooth execution while providing insights through analytics and reporting. Collaborating closely with Finance, HR, and cross-functional teams, you will identify discrepancies before they occur and contribute to process improvements and automation. This position combines detailed payroll operations with strategic influence on scalable systems and workflows. Ideal candidates are analytical, detail-oriented, and motivated to enhance payroll processes across a fast-moving, global environment. You will play a key role in maintaining data integrity, supporting compliance, and driving efficiency for payroll operations at scale.

• Ensure payroll accuracy and conduct pre-payroll audits to identify and resolve discrepancies before processing
• Analyze payroll data and deliver reporting, insights, and recommendations to Finance and leadership
• Review payroll inputs, including commissions, bonuses, and adjustments, for accuracy
• Conduct regular audits, investigate anomalies, and maintain accurate payroll data across systems and vendor platforms
• Support payroll operations, including payroll cycles, off-cycle payments, and EIB uploads
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and troubleshoot issues promptly
• Partner with global payroll vendors to ensure tax compliance and proper jurisdiction setup
• Identify opportunities to streamline payroll workflows, improve reporting, and automate processes

• 5+ years of payroll experience, ideally in high-growth or global organizations
• Strong analytical skills with proven experience auditing payroll data and identifying discrepancies
• Hands-on experience with U.S. payroll operations and exposure to international payroll
• Experience with Workday Payroll and familiarity with OneSource Virtual (OSV)
• Experience managing payroll vendor relationships (e.g., Deel, Remote)
• Ability to prepare payroll imports and EIB uploads accurately
• High attention to detail and strong data management across multiple systems
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Finance, HR, and cross-functional teams
• Self-starter mindset, capable of operating in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in process improvement, automation, and payroll system enhancements

• Base salary range: $106,000 – $125,000 USD
