Treasury Management Support Specialist at Killbuck Savings Bank Co – Killbuck, Ohio

Responsible for the setup and ongoing support and maintenance of treasury management solutions for new and existing customers, testing new TM services, TM compliance and daily risk management.

• Supports the Treasury Management sales process by providing ongoing support and maintenance for Treasury Management customers.
• Collaborates with Treasury Management team on the development and integration of new treasury management services.
• Establishes and maintains departmental procedures to set up, support, and maintain treasury management services.
• Reviews treasury management agreements and product setup documentation to ensure all documents are signed by all parties, complete, and accurate.
• Reconciles limits between the latest treasury management agreements, the latest treasury management review, and the various systems with reporting results.
• Sets up all products with treasury management customers by assigning usernames and authority levels for business customers and their employees.
• Trains customers and staff with treasury management installation and information, as needed.
• Reconciles core system bill with customer Account Analysis Statements.
• Ensures all class codes are entered manually in the Account Analysis System for customers to be billed through Account Analysis and manually prepares monthly statements for customers.
• Records waived customers and waived products.
• Processes all billing changes on treasury management products as requested.
• Provides treasury management support and troubleshooting.
• Supports treasury management projects and vendor management.
• Provides audit and exam documentation.
• Creates and maintains treasury management tracking report of customers and products.
