Certification Lead at Educology Solutions – Jefferson City, Missouri

Educology Solutions is seeking a Certification Lead to support one of our customers.

*DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES*

Certification Program Management

Develop, implement, and maintain certification strategies and frameworks.

Lead certification lifecycle activities including planning, execution, monitoring, and renewal.

Maintain certification roadmaps and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Track certification requirements and deadlines to ensure ongoing compliance.

Compliance & Audit Readiness

Ensure adherence to regulatory, industry, and contractual certification requirements.

Prepare documentation and evidence for internal and external audits.

Serve as primary liaison with auditors, certifying bodies, and regulatory agencies.

Identify gaps and lead corrective action plans.

Stakeholder Coordination

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, HR, IT, Security, Quality Assurance, and Leadership.

Provide guidance and training on certification requirements and processes.

Communicate certification status, risks, and metrics to senior leadership.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain certification records, policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.

Develop dashboards and reporting metrics related to certification performance.

Ensure proper version control and record retention.

Continuous Improvement

Evaluate certification processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Implement process improvements to streamline certification workflows.

Stay informed of changes in certification standards, industry regulations, and best practices.

*QUALIFICATIONS*

Must have at least three (3) years of experience working with the CMS Streamlined Modular Certification (SMC) and Outcome Based Certification of a system of similar scope and size herein. The certification lead must be knowledgeable of CMS certification guidance and requirements to obtain system certification. The certification lead must be fully dedicated when the agreed upon project timeline involves certification activities.
