We’re currently seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Cashier to join our Volkswagen team in Menomonee Falls. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong accuracy with numbers, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Under the direction of the Office Manager, you’ll support daily transaction processing and help ensure smooth business operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers at the cashier window with professionalism and courtesy
• Process customer payments (cash, check, and credit card) accurately and efficiently
• Issue receipts, give change, and document payment transactions
• Provide refunds or credit memos as authorized
• Reconcile your cash drawer daily
• Answer basic customer questions or direct them to the appropriate staff member
• Assist in resolving customer concerns with patience and care
• Open and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail
• Print and post internal paperwork as needed
• Assist with clerical and administrative support across departments
• Serve as backup to the switchboard operator when needed
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay calm and helpful when assisting customers
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Basic computer proficiency; dealership software experience is a plus
• Reliable, positive, team-oriented attitude
• Previous cashier or office experience preferred, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Schedule & Hours:

• Tuesday & Thursday 4pm-8pm
• Friday 4pm-6pm
• Every other Saturday 7am-5pm
