    • Responsible to: Rehab Services Director
  • DEFINITION OF POSITION
    • The Physical Therapist is a licensed professional who directs, supervises, evaluates and provides physical therapy services to the patients as prescribed by the attending physician. May supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Aides.
  • QUALIFICATIONS
    • Professional
      • Entry level Master's degree preferred.
      • Current Physical Therapist License required.
      • Two years clinical experience preferred.
      • BLS Healthcare Provider Certification
