McWilliams Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team in Lufkin. Our commercial technicians work on a variety of systems and projects, providing service, maintenance, and repairs for commercial customers throughout the area.

What our Commercial HVAC Technicians do
*Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems
*Service equipment such as package units, split systems, rooftop units, and other commercial systems
*Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot system issues
*Communicate clearly with customers and team members regarding system performance and repair options
*Maintain accurate service records and documentation
*Ensure work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards

What we are looking for in our next Commercial HVAC Technician

*3+ years of commercial HVAC experience preferred

*Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

*Experience working with rooftop units, package units, and commercial systems

*EPA certification required

*Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in the field

*Professional attitude and commitment to quality service
