Field Project Supervisor (FPS)
OutFront Merchandising Services LLC is seeking a Field Project Supervisor (FPS) to lead a team of 5+ Field Project Merchandisers (FPMs) in executing in-store merchandising projects, fixture installations, and planogram resets across multiple retail locations. The FPS ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, and meet client quality standards. This role involves on-site leadership, hands-on merchandising support, team coordination, problem-solving, and clear communication with management and clients.

- Lead and supervise 5+ Field Project Merchandisers on retail merchandising projects
- Execute and oversee fixture installations, signage, and planogram resets
- Travel extensively, including overnight and multi-day assignments
- Physically able to lift up to 60 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and perform hands-on work
- Experience reading planograms, schematics, and assembly instructions
- Proficient with basic tools and comfortable using handheld devices/computer portals
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
