Digital & Graphic Design Associate at Walt Churchill's Market – Maumee, Ohio

Walt Churchill’s Market is looking for a Digital & Graphic Design Associate for our Corporate Office in Maumee, OH.

Help shape how customers experience WCM. As part of our employee owned team, the Digital & Graphic Design Associate provides graphic design and content development support services for the WCM Creative/Marketing Team, including but not limited to print publications, marketing collateral (signage, flyers, in-store displays, etc.), digital signage, video, email and social media marketing duties.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provides graphic design support to update and create brochures and fliers
• Creates digital content graphics as needed
• Responsible for digital programming of electronic signs at both stores, as well as programming and graphics conversions for in-store TV monitors
• Offers design and technical support to WCM Creative/Marketing Team members as needed for App Card and email marketing campaigns
• Produces and edits in-house videos
• Provides support to the design/marketing needs of store departments
• Coordinates production and distribution of the weekly store circular

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, required
• Proficiency in video production and editing, plus advanced knowledge of social media preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to track/meet deadlines
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education and Experience:

• Required: Associate Degree in Graphic Design and/or 2 years recent experience in marketing or graphic design
• Preferred: BA in Graphic Design and 1-2 years job experience

Physical Requirements:

• Good visual color and space perception
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
• Ability to travel to various worksites to complete assigned duties
