Alfalfa Production and Operations Office Manager at LEGACY AGRIPARTNERS – Homedale, Idaho

The Alfalfa Production and Operations Office Manager will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Legacy Seeds- Homedale Idaho Alfalfa Production Facility office and flow of production and grower records. This position is also responsible for external and internal customer service and will provide administrative office support to the Alfalfa sales team.

• Manage all front end/office administration, customer service, Wholesale and Private Label Sales support
• Data Entry management and reconciliation for all alfalfa seed processes including Cleaning, Processing/Packaging, Grower Settlements, Costing, Physical Inventory, Roundup Ready Genetic/Royalty payments, and Private Label Royalty account management
• Manage the AP/AR communication, reconciliation, and other related accounting items
• Ensure timely reporting, investigating analysis, and correct errors within various software and operational processes
• Assist in fulfilling customer orders and involvement in freight management
• Provide support to the production process and team while providing direction, knowledge and experience in specific production areas

• High School diploma
• Seed industry experience preferred but not required
• Must be highly motivated and a self-starter
• Ability to perform routine tasks
• Proficient with computers utilizing Microsoft Office Suite
• Intermediate to advanced 10-key skills
• Familiarity with accounting software programs or other online platforms
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, communicate effectively and work well with others in a team environment.
