This role is designed for a strategic and results-driven leader who will shape and scale the enterprise go-to-market (GTM) engine across the Americas. You will partner closely with commercial, product, and operations teams to design and implement world-class enablement programs that accelerate revenue growth. The position involves creating impactful training, playbooks, and tools that improve sales performance while ensuring consistent onboarding and ongoing development for commercial teams. You will leverage data-driven insights to identify high-leverage opportunities across the revenue funnel, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive measurable impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role offers the chance to directly affect revenue outcomes, enhance team effectiveness, and contribute to the growth of innovative products and services on a global scale.
- Partner with commercial and revenue strategy leaders to identify key enablement initiatives that drive sales performance and revenue growth
- Design and deliver engaging, actionable enablement content including playbooks, sales collateral, training modules, and onboarding programs for commercial teams
- Plan and execute internal training initiatives, sales kick-offs, and ongoing coaching to ensure teams are fully equipped with the latest product knowledge and competitive insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize systems, processes, and CRM tools that enhance the commercial process
- Analyze revenue funnel metrics to identify coaching, enablement, and process improvement opportunities that improve win rates and team effectiveness
- Drive adoption of new programs and tools across commercial teams, ensuring consistent execution and alignment with business objectives
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales, or related roles, ideally within Enterprise or SaaS environments
- Proven ability to partner with commercial leaders and deliver measurable impact through enablement programs
- Experience designing and executing sales training, onboarding, and content for commercial teams
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with experience managing cross-functional stakeholders
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Self-starter mentality with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented approach
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms and familiarity with sales enablement tools (e.g., Chorus, Outreach, Highspot, Gong, LMS)
- Preferred: fintech, scale-up experience, US Enterprise Sales exposure, and proficiency in data-driven enablement program measurement
