- Lead the design, launch, and ongoing execution of a national network focused on workforce development and education in the microelectronics sector
- Oversee a portfolio of regional programs and partnerships, ensuring alignment with national goals and successful implementation across diverse geographies
- Develop and execute strategic plans, including KPIs, performance tracking systems, and long-term growth initiatives
- Manage the full lifecycle of program solicitations, including proposal evaluation, selection, onboarding, and performance monitoring
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders, educational institutions, workforce organizations, and government agencies
- Drive collaboration across stakeholders to align resources, foster innovation, and maximize program impact
- Lead and mentor a distributed team, establishing clear goals, workflows, and performance expectations
- Oversee budgets, funding allocations, and compliance with federal regulations and contractual requirements
- Represent the program in national forums, advisory boards, and external engagements
- Ensure effective governance, reporting, and continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in workforce development, education programs, or large-scale national initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of the U.S. education system, including K-12, higher education, and technical training pathways
- Proven ability to design, implement, and scale complex programs with measurable outcomes
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing high-performing, distributed teams
- Experience working with government funding, federal grants, or regulated program environments
- Strong project management, organizational, and strategic planning skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, including public speaking and executive presentations
- Experience building partnerships and coalitions across public and private sectors
- Financial acumen, including budget management and resource allocation
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive alignment across diverse groups
- Willingness to travel nationally as needed
