Social Media Manager (Content-Focused)Location: Fort Myers, FLClassification: Full-Time / Non-ExemptPay: $18–$22/hour

Position OverviewWe are seeking a Social Media Manager to support the day-to-day execution of our social media presence across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for capturing, creating, and posting content that highlights our projects, employees, and company culture.

This is a hands-on, content-driven role with a strong focus on video and field-based storytelling, including drone footage.

What You’ll DoContent Creation

Capture photo and video content on job sites and in the officeCreate short-form content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTubeDrone Content

Operate drones to capture aerial footage of projects and job sitesFollow FAA guidelines and company safety standardsPosting & Platform Management

Schedule and publish content across company social media channelsMaintain consistent posting cadenceEngagement & Monitoring

Monitor comments, messages, and engagementRespond or escalate as appropriateContent Support
