The Opportunity: You will serve as a technical expert in timber management, ensuring every cut meets the exacting standards required for high-end landscape and hardscape projects. This role allows you to combine physical skill with botanical knowledge to directly impact the quality and efficiency of our field operations. You will be a key player in a growing company that rewards high-volume production and technical mastery of forestry tools.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Execute precise wood cutting and timber processing to support custom outdoor construction projects.

• Identify and distinguish between various tree species and wood types to ensure proper material application.

• Operate chainsaws and timber equipment safely and efficiently in various field environments.

• Maintain high production levels to meet project deadlines and earn performance-based incentives.

• Perform routine maintenance on saws and cutting tools to ensure equipment longevity and jobsite safety.

• Assist in clearing and preparing jobsites by managing timber removal and wood processing workflows.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience safely operating chainsaws and professional wood-cutting tools.

• Strong ability to identify common local tree species and understand different wood characteristics.

• Physical stamina to perform demanding manual labor in outdoor conditions.

• Reliable transportation and a track record of consistent, punctual attendance.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience in arboriculture, forestry, or professional land clearing.

• Knowledge of safety protocols regarding tree felling and heavy timber handling.

• Experience working within a production-based or incentive-based environment.
