Job Overview:
Company: SEA CONSTRUCTION INC.
Salary/Pay Rate: $88,000 - $115,000 per year (Based on experience) plus Year-End Bonus.
Location: San Mateo County / San Francisco Peninsula (Onsite).
Job/Employment Type: Full Time.
Schedule: Monday - Friday.
Project Scope: Residential Design-Build / Remodeling.
Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.
The Opportunity: You will serve as a cornerstone of our project management team, executing high-quality residential builds that uphold our 37-year reputation for excellence. This role offers you the stability of a company that has never sent an employee home due to lack of work. You will have the autonomy to solve complex structural puzzles while mentoring apprentices in the craft of fine carpentry.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Execute precision structural and finish carpentry for high-end residential remodeling projects.
Interpret complex architectural plans to ensure every phase of construction meets exact specifications.
Solve real-time technical site obstacles to maintain project momentum and design integrity.
Mentor junior team members and apprentices to pass down the "SEA" standard of craftsmanship.
Coordinate with project managers to ensure materials and timelines align with client expectations.
Maintain a safe, organized, and professional job site that reflects our companys honesty and values.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience in residential carpentry and remodeling.
Proven ability to perform complex problem-solving on active construction sites with minimal oversight.
Strong computer literacy and proficiency with modern project management technology.
Exceptional work ethic and a dedicated commitment to the "design-build" philosophy.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED.
Extensive experience in high-end San Francisco Peninsula residential markets.
Demonstrated history of long-term stability and reliability in previous construction roles.
