Accountabilities:
  • Strategic Client Advisory: Act as the primary point of contact for a dedicated set of clients, building deep, long-term relationships to understand their unique business needs and technical challenges.

  • Solution Architecture: Collaborate closely with internal technical architects and cross-functional teams to develop and deliver complex, tailored service solutions that drive client success.

  • Revenue Expansion: Design and execute account strategies to increase purchasing spend by expanding client portfolios into new products, services, and emerging technologies.

  • Pipeline Excellence: Maintain rigorous sales hygiene by managing an accurate forecasting model and a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed growth targets.

Requirements:
  • Education & Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Computer Science is required; an MBA or relevant Master’s degree is highly preferred.

  • Sales Track Record: 3 to 8+ years of documented success in technical sales, specifically selling high-end solutions across multiple complex platforms.

  • Professional Training: Specialized certifications in sales methodologies, partner management, negotiation, and financial analysis are necessary for navigating the enterprise landscape.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to provide elite customer service and present to executive-level stakeholders.

  • Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and coordinate difficult technical trade-offs while maintaining a focus on client outcomes.
