$25 - $30 hourly

• Support crew leaders and ground staff to ensure safe, efficient job execution
• Maintain climbing gear, tools, and assigned equipment in proper working condition
• Perform professional tree climbing, pruning, and preservation work according to company standards
• Complete required job documentation and service records
• Promote a positive, professional, and safety-first culture on every jobsite

• 18+ months of professional arboriculture experience
• Strong knowledge of climbing techniques, safety standards, and arboricultural best practices
• Interest in continued skill development and long-term growth
• Ability to work outdoors year-round and perform physical labor
• Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused work ethic
