Frank Beverage Group in Middleton, WI is now hiring POS Coordinator. The team members of Frank Beverage Group are committed, innovative leaders of the beverage industry through marketing, selling, distributing, merchandising, and servicing quality products to our valued customers.
The POS Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the Sales Support Center Warehouse and POS materials and insuring the timely flow of materials to the sales teams.
Requirements:Key Job Responsibilities:
· Receive deliveries and transfers
· Verify accuracy of deliveries and log receipt
· Compile and email receiving log
· Set up, record, photograph and record incoming inventory of new and returning POS materials including glassware and tap handles in eoStar,
· Organize, rack and store POS materials in appropriate locations
· Fulfill POS requests and orders that are processed through eoStar and schedule items for transfer, delivery or place in the outgoing sales team mailboxes. Run reports and pick POS items and tap handles throughout the day
· Assist sales representatives and sales managers with POS requests throughout the day and maintain positive working relationships with the sales team
· Inventory, rotate and organize beer glassware
· Pick and prepare beer glassware and liquor shot machines for transfer to the distribution warehouse
· Stage POS materials and tap handles
· Track inventory of Dealer Loaders items on a monthly basis
· Handle shipping and receiving of Fed Ex Returns for sales promotions (IRC’s, etc.)
· Transport items from the Sales Support Center to the Main Office/Warehouse
· Work with management and sales team to utilize POS in a timely manner
· Rotate rebates, case cards, racks, and seasonal POS.
· Maintain the sales team’s shoppable aisles including keeping up-to-date case cards, tucks, talkers, and coupons paying close attention to program expiration dates and seasonality
· Organize and display POS displays and racks so that the inventory can be easily viewed by the sales team
· Photograph and enter inventory into eoStar of all Permanent POS, racks and other items as requested by brand managers.
· Perform monthly inventory counts for glassware, cups, putchers, table handles and miscellaneous items (umbrellas, wristbands)
· Go through seasonal paper POS and discard as needed
· Work with sales management on the execution of special promotions that require POS kits to be built and logged into eoStar for distribution
· Support special events (tailgates, golf outings) by maintaining equipment and setting up POS, tents and portable bars. Work with sales managers to comply with details.
· Allocate coupons, supply merchandising team with current promotional POS and coupon stock
· Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse, storage and staging areas. ales team’s mailbox area and the locked high value room

Qualifications:
· Must possess a valid, Wisconsin driver license and acceptable DMV record
· Experience with forklifts is preferred, Ability to get forklift certified required
· Customer Service Experience preferred
· Merchandising experience is preferred
