Accountabilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of Precision Health capability-building initiatives focused on laboratory partnerships, diagnostic workflows, and clinical decision-support solutions.
  • Identify gaps within testing and diagnostic processes, translating complex healthcare challenges into scalable and impactful solutions for providers and patients.
  • Oversee the selection, onboarding, governance, and management of external laboratory and diagnostic partners aligned with strategic business priorities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with therapeutic area leaders, field teams, and internal stakeholders to align initiatives, secure buy-in, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Design, pilot, and scale innovative diagnostic and decision-support programs that improve workflow efficiency and strengthen care delivery at the site of care.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with laboratory and diagnostic industry leaders, including executive-level stakeholders and strategic partners.
  • Evaluate market trends, emerging technologies, and healthcare innovations to position the organization as a preferred partner within Precision Health and diagnostics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, biotechnology, or healthcare technology environments.
  • Proven expertise in project management, strategic partnerships, alliance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience working with diagnostic workflows, clinical decision support solutions, laboratory partnerships, or healthcare technology integrations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences and executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, align teams around shared priorities, and drive enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Experience in business development, customer experience, operations, or strategy initiatives is highly valued.
  • Leadership experience managing teams or leading cross-functional initiatives is considered a strong advantage.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10–20% as required.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range between $145,600 and $270,400 annually.
  • Performance-based cash incentives and potential eligibility for annual equity awards.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, life, and disability insurance.
  • 401(k) plan with company contributions and matching opportunities.
  • Generous paid time off package including vacation days, holidays, personal time, and leave programs.
  • Fully remote work flexibility within the United States.
  • Opportunities for career growth, leadership exposure, and involvement in high-impact healthcare innovation projects.
  • Inclusive and collaborative work culture focused on innovation, learning, and professional development.
