- Lead HR strategy and business partnership activities for large, global corporate functions, including technology-focused organizations and senior leadership teams.
- Partner with executives to define and execute people strategies that drive organizational growth, innovation, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
- Support workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, leadership development, and talent management initiatives aligned with business priorities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees by providing strategic guidance on HR programs, organizational effectiveness, and change management initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR centers of expertise and talent acquisition teams to attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent across global teams.
- Use workforce analytics and HR metrics to generate insights, identify trends, and recommend solutions that support business performance and employee engagement.
- Lead and support large-scale transformation initiatives, including future-of-work strategies and cross-functional organizational changes.
- Promote inclusive workplace practices and contribute to diversity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives in partnership with broader HR teams.
- Partner with compensation and business leaders to assess workforce competitiveness, benchmark talent practices, and support strategic compensation planning.
- Foster a high-performing culture by implementing leadership development initiatives and strengthening organizational capability across teams.
- Stay informed on emerging HR trends, workforce technologies, and AI-driven workplace transformation to support evolving business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree such as MBA or Master’s preferred.
- Minimum of 9 years of Human Resources experience, including extensive experience supporting complex business environments.
- Proven leadership experience managing HR strategy, organizational transformation, and workforce planning within highly technical, fast-paced industries such as biotech, pharmaceutical, or technology.
- Strong background in organizational effectiveness, leadership development, succession planning, and talent management.
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior executives and influence decision-making across matrixed organizations.
- Experience leading change management initiatives and supporting global, cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with expertise in using HR data, metrics, and insights to guide strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication, consulting, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across all organizational levels.
- Technologically adept with interest in leveraging new technologies and AI-enabled tools to improve HR processes and workforce strategy.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and strategic business operations.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution while thriving in dynamic and evolving environments.
- Supervisory and team leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Competitive salary range between $167,444.90 and $226,543.10 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
