This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced operations and AI professional to drive the evolution of product delivery within a fast-growing technology environment. The role focuses on operationalizing AI across product development workflows, enabling scalable innovation while ensuring governance, efficiency, and measurable business impact. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Go-To-Market teams to build operational frameworks that support AI-native development and automation. This position combines strategic thinking, technical fluency, and execution leadership to optimize workflows, improve delivery velocity, and enhance decision-making through data and analytics. You will have the opportunity to shape AI adoption strategies, build operational infrastructure from the ground up, and influence the future of intelligent product operations. Accountabilities:
  • Lead the operational strategy for AI initiatives across product delivery functions, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical execution, and measurable outcomes.
  • Act as the central point of coordination between Product, Engineering, Data, and Go-To-Market teams to identify and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities.
  • Build, manage, and scale a high-performing AI Product Delivery Operations function, including leadership and development of team members.
  • Design and implement AI-powered workflows, automations, and internal tooling to improve efficiency, reduce cycle times, and increase operational scalability.
  • Define and monitor AI adoption, performance, productivity, and ROI metrics through dashboards and reporting frameworks for executive stakeholders.
  • Establish governance, security, and compliance standards for AI tools and workflows while balancing innovation and operational velocity.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within product operations processes, adapting agile methodologies to support AI-native development environments.
  • Support executive decision-making by translating complex technical concepts and AI initiatives into clear business insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and encourage innovation, experimentation, and operational excellence throughout the organization.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years leading product operations, program operations, or related technical operations teams.
  • Proven experience building or significantly transforming product operations infrastructure within fast-paced, high-growth, or ambiguous environments.
  • Strong fluency with modern AI tools, AI agents, and large language models such as Claude, Gemini, Cursor, or similar technologies.
  • Hands-on experience operationalizing AI workflows, automations, and AI-enabled product delivery systems.
  • Strong technical and analytical capabilities, including familiarity with modern data stacks, data analytics, and systems architecture concepts.
  • Experience working with technologies such as Snowflake, dbt, or comparable data infrastructure tools is highly valued.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and execution skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, including the capacity to present technical concepts clearly to executive audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance speed, innovation, governance, and operational quality in complex technical environments.
  • Leadership mindset with strong ownership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in collaborative and rapidly evolving teams.
