- Drive the end-to-end development and delivery of complex frontend features, from architecture and implementation to deployment and monitoring.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable single-page applications using Angular, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA teams to deliver intuitive, accessible, and visually consistent user experiences.
- Lead frontend architecture initiatives focused on scalability, maintainability, code reusability, and performance optimization.
- Develop and enhance component libraries, design systems, and Micro Frontend ecosystems to improve consistency and development efficiency.
- Monitor application performance and reliability using observability tools such as New Relic and Kibana, proactively resolving issues.
- Champion engineering best practices including CI/CD, automated testing, code quality, observability, and secure development practices.
- Participate in architectural reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives across the engineering organization.
- Mentor and support other engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Leverage AI-assisted coding and development tools to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and support innovation.
- Contribute to frontend security initiatives, ensuring compliance with modern application security standards and practices.
- Support agile delivery processes and collaborate effectively within distributed and remote engineering teams.
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend software engineering or web application development.
- Strong expertise in Angular, TypeScript, and modern frontend development practices.
- Proven experience building scalable and maintainable frontend systems, ideally within Micro Frontend or Module Federation architectures.
- Solid understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimization, debugging, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with modern development tools and technologies including Webpack, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, SASS, and automated testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with frontend observability and monitoring tools such as New Relic, Kibana, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of frontend security concepts and secure coding practices, including SAST and DAST principles.
- Passion for UI/UX design, accessibility, and delivering high-quality user experiences.
- Experience collaborating with design systems and tools such as Figma is considered a strong advantage.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and workflows is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong mentoring mindset with the ability to guide and support fellow engineers in a collaborative environment.
- Comfortable working in remote or distributed teams with a proactive, self-driven, and organized approach.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
