Position: Bartender

Location: In person required: 1040 N 54th Street, Chandler, AZ 85226

Shift: Evenings, Nights, Weekends (Brunch), Holidays (Mandatory)

Starting Salary: $12.15 base salary plus tips

Expected Hours: 25 35 per week (Based on business needs)

Supervisory: No direct reports. Reports to Managers and Leads

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Fine Dining Bartender to join our upscale culinary team. This role requires a polished professional who can deliver exceptional beverage service, craft elevated cocktails with precision, and provide a refined guest experience consistent with luxury dining standards. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of spirits, wine, and mixology, along with the poise and presence expected in a sophisticated environment.

As a Fine Dining Bartender, you will serve as both a beverage expert and a hospitality ambassadorcreating memorable moments through impeccable service, attention to detail, and genuine engagement with guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and spirits with expert technique, consistency, and presentation
• Maintain extensive knowledge of classic cocktails, modern mixology, wine varietals, and premium spirits
• Provide warm, attentive, and elevated service to guests seated at the bar and in the dining room
• Offer thoughtful recommendations and pairings based on guest preferences and menu offerings
• Ensure bar mise en place is fully stocked, organized, and maintained throughout service
• Uphold finedining service standards, including proper glassware, garnishes, and beverage pacing
• Collaborate closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism, discretion, and a solutionsfocused approach
• Support inventory management, including ordering, restocking, and product rotation
• Contribute to a positive, teamoriented environment and uphold the restaurants service culture

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum of 3 years of bartending experience in a finedining or upscale restaurant
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, mixology, and beverage pairings
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask gracefully in a fastpaced, highexpectation environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering elevated guest experiences
• Professional appearance, polished demeanor, and refined hospitality instincts
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• A genuine passion for service, craftsmanship, and creating memorable moments
• Required: Food Handler Card and Title 4 Certifications
