This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing sales professional to join a rapidly growing global SaaS environment at the forefront of remote work and workforce technology. In this role, you will drive new business acquisition across the EMEA mid-market segment, managing complex sales cycles and building strong relationships with decision-makers in fast-scaling organizations. You will play a direct role in expanding market presence and helping businesses modernize the way they manage global teams and operations. Working within a collaborative and fully remote international culture, you’ll partner closely with business development, product, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful customer solutions. - Own and manage the full sales cycle for mid-market customers across the EMEA region, from prospecting through negotiation and closing.
- Drive new business acquisition by identifying, engaging, and converting high-potential prospects into long-term customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations.
- Collaborate with Business Development Representatives and internal teams to generate and nurture a high-quality sales pipeline.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and clearly communicate value propositions tailored to customer needs.
- Accurately forecast pipeline activity, identify potential gaps, and proactively develop strategies to exceed sales targets.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams to support customer acquisition and growth initiatives.
- Contribute to the continued expansion and success of a fast-growing international sales organization.
- 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally within IT SaaS, HR tech, device management, IAM, procurement, or related software solutions.
- Proven track record of successfully closing B2B software deals and consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling to mid-market organizations with approximately 200 to 2,000 employees.
- Strong hunter mentality with the ability to generate new business opportunities and build pipeline proactively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Strong organizational and forecasting skills with a data-driven approach to pipeline management.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across distributed and cross-functional global teams.
