Position Overview:
WinChoice USA is seeking a dynamic and driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our team based in Dallas, TX. This role involves connecting with homeowners, understanding their roofing needs, and offering tailored solutions. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers protect their homes with quality roofing products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Build relationships with homeowners, assess their roofing needs, and educate them on our products and services.
• Sales Process Management: Conduct in-home consultations, provide accurate estimates, and close sales.
• Lead Generation: Identify and follow up on sales leads, including referrals, online inquiries, and company-generated appointments.
• Market Knowledge: Stay informed about roofing products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• Customer Service: Address customer concerns and ensure a seamless experience from consultation to project completion.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the roofing and installation teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress in CRM systems.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in roofing, construction, or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and follow up consistently.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Basic understanding of roofing materials and installation processes (training provided).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
