Ageless Wellness Spa (www.agewellspa.com) is seeking an experienced and visionary Functional Medicine Medical Director to join our cutting-edge, holistic wellness center. We specialize in non-invasive therapies, IV infusions, hormone optimization, red light therapy, PRP, PEMF, and more. We are looking for a physician who is passionate about integrative and regenerative medicine and can oversee clinical protocols while collaborating with a dynamic, multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities: Provide medical oversight and supervision of wellness services including IV therapy, hormone replacement, PRP/PRF, and peptide therapy

Participate in developing and approving treatment protocols aligned with evidence-based functional medicine principles

Review patient lab results, recommend supplement/therapy plans, and support precision wellness outcomes

Collaborate with our team of nurses and wellness professionals to ensure high standards of care

Support patient consultations (in-person or telehealth) on an as-needed basis

Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding medical supervision and documentation

Help drive innovation by staying informed about cutting-edge wellness therapies

Qualifications: MD or DO with active Florida license (Required)

Background in functional, integrative, or regenerative medicine (Required)

Familiarity with IV nutrient therapy, bioidentical hormones, peptides, and ozone/oxidative medicine is a plus

Comfortable with medical directorship responsibilities for a wellness/medspa setting

Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills

Open to working part-time with flexible hours or on a contract basis
