Partner Outreach & Cadence Management

  • Design and execute structured outreach cadences to initiate and grow partner relationships

  • Ensure no partner relationship goes unmanaged or inactive

Referral Infrastructure & CRM Ownership

  • Own the end-to-end referral system, including tracking, routing, and visibility

  • Build and maintain CRM structure for partnership tracking and attribution

  • Ensure all partner-sourced leads are properly logged, tagged, and tracked

  • Continuously improve systems for efficiency, clarity, and scalability

Sales Lead Tracking & Attribution

  • Ensure accurate attribution of all partnership-driven leads and opportunities

  • Track lead flow from partner source - pipeline - outcome

  • Maintain clean, reliable data to support decision-making and reporting

  • Partner with sales teams to ensure proper handoff and follow-through

Partner Performance & ROI Management

  • Define KPIs for partnership performance (lead volume, conversion rates, revenue contribution)

  • Monitor and analyze partner performance regularly

  • Identify high-performing partners to scale and underperforming channels to optimize or eliminate

  • Provide structured reporting and insights to leadership on partnership ROI

Requirements

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in partnerships, operations, revenue operations, or channel management

  • Strong systems thinker with the ability to build scalable processes

  • High attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Experience managing CRM systems and pipeline tracking

  • Ability to manage multiple relationships and workflows simultaneously

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • An analytical mindset with comfort using data to drive decisions

Tools & Technical Knowledge

  • Spreadsheet tools (Excel, Google Sheets)

  • Familiarity with automation tools and workflow systems is a plus

  • Experience working with reporting dashboards (e.g., Power BI or similar) is a plus

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent, structured partner outreach cadence

  • 100% visibility into partner-sourced leads and pipeline

  • Clean, reliable attribution across all partnership channels

  • Clear ROI visibility by partner and channel

  • Scalable systems that reduce reliance on manual tracking

What We Offer

  • Compensation: $50,000-$70,000 Base salary + performance-based incentives tied to channel performance

  • High-ownership role with direct impact on growth

  • Opportunity to build and own a core revenue channel from the ground up

  • Fast-paced, systems-driven environment focused on scalable growth
