The RoleAderans America Holdings is looking for an organized and motivated Legal Assistant to join our legal team at our Beverly Hills headquarters. This role supports Bosley and other Aderans companies across the United States.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to gain experience in a corporate legal department and learn how legal operations support a national business.

What You’ll Do• Help prepare corporate filings and legal documents• Maintain organized legal records and databases• Assist with trademark, licensing, and compliance tracking• Coordinate document signatures and approvals• Support the legal team with ongoing projects• Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Background• 1–3 years of administrative or legal support experience preferred• Strong organization and attention to detail• Good communication and writing skills• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Location: Beverly Hills, CASalary Range: $69,000 – $72,000
